Ok maybe I AM being a vindictive bastard and truly I will allow for that possibility, but John McCain defending defending President Elect Barack Obama on Tee Vee today, barely a month after trying to label him a terrorist loving socialist who put himself above his country, to me is just too little too late and straight up phony. But I am sure that after his stand up act on Letterman pundits will be back to fawning all over him. It is what it is.

Just remember that the more McCain embraces reality now, the more craven and dishonest he must have been during the campaign. Rehabiliation is hence physically impossible!

ReplyDeleteUnfortunately you and I both know that won't be the way the Media folks will frame the obvious hypocrisy. He will be back to being "mavericky" and all will be forgiven. In the mean time his effort to subtly throw Sarah Palin on the bus is still in full effect
