Anonymous Sources

Glenzilla tackles the growing problem of journalists granting anonymity to their sources with little to no reasoning and or compelling reasons behind it. He also points us to this op ed in the New York Times today from their public editor Clark Hoyt which points the finger at the Times own journalists for abusing their own policy on using anonymous sources. Its time the media grow a pair and refuse to put information out unless they are on the record. We the people deserve to know who is behind all these anonymous quotes and who is shaping public debate.
