Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty was just on MSNBC and he said that if the state Supreme Court instructs him he will sign the certificate for Al Franken. Will update as video becomes available.
Update: Here is a video of Tim Pawlenty on FoxNews. I can't find a clip of him on MSNBC so this will just have to do. I will say that Pawlenty was a lot more hedging on FoxNews as I have noticed most Republicans are. They say one thing one way on MSNBC then slide over to FoxNews and either say something different entirely or repeat what they previously said but load it with caveats. Still he clearly said he will sign the certificate if ordered to do so by the state Supreme Court.
